Bartending definitely offers generally very good pay, espcecially when 
compared to other jobs that don't require a degree, however you're going to 
need to get your foot in the door. I think the best way to do this, and get 
out of the factories as quickly as possible, is to start out as a server. If 
you really have the drive, you'll be able to work your way into a bartending 
spot pretty quick, all the while, probably making better coin than you're 
already making, and gaining invaluable experience in the industry.
