i would on my first batch i would try adding about 40 grams of lavender and if
you want to sweeten it i would add 1/2 cups of granuladed suger. than let it
steep for a week.

after your first batch you could make adjustment on the quantity of
ingrediants. but untill you get it perfect i'd use the cheapest vodka.
my best infusions i prefer to use everclear, steep a week then add water steep
for a second week.

hard water makes it smoother and there is less inperfections in everclear
making it a better quality and it is cheaper than the best brands of vodka.
