Costa isn't that big of a place - San Jose is the main city, and it's not 
really that big. From what I've seen down in these countries, yes, you can 
land a gig teaching english - but in many cases you'll need to be fluent in 
Spanish as well. Plus, the pay will be just enough to pay for rent and a 
little fun. Hardly enough to save up to buy or open a bar.
