I'm currently putting together a premium cocktail list for a Tiki-styled bar.
The idea is to use more interesting, modern flavours than the main menu, which
is your usual exotic mai tai, mango cooler affair.
My plan is to do a range of flavoured daiquiris & caipirinhas, using premium
aged rum & cachaca (probably havana club especial rum & sagatiba pura cachaca)
So far, recipes I've been working on are, for the daiqiris:
Orange & Ginger (muddled fresh ginger, grand marnier)
Vanilla & Elderflower (vanilla syrop & a dash of elderflower cordial)
And for the caipirinhas:
Fresh strawberries & passion fruit syrop
Ginger & Maraschino
Fresh pineapple & chambord
Ideally, I want around five (total) in each category, so obviously I'm a few
recipes short...
Any ideas?
