Let me clairfy my original statement about a splash I said its not quiet 1/4
oz. Which would be one step down 1/8 oz. I guess that splash is too broad of a
term. I agree just letting you know that i always use a quick 1 count when I
pour a splash. And yes tecnically by Definition of many bar books a splash is
1/32oz. I would like to see the person who sits there and trys to measure out
a splash. LOL i could just imagine now, measuring drop by drop, with there
finger over the speed pourer, waiting until he is finally reliquished of his
1/32oz pour duty. I am sure the customers would love that too. Well i am gonna
step off my soap box.

My offical definition: Splash - a quick 1 count on a speed pourer and if you
dont have a speed pourer, a splah from the bottle, free pour. Should both
equal 1/8oz.
