Believe me, there are plenty of people that know about flair in the UK, being
new you just dont know where to look yet.
Flair in most bars is frowned upon by the managers because they just see it as
a unenecesary risk, who the hell wants bartenders throwing full bottles of
vodka around. Flair is far more than that, its about speed, flow, customers
service etc, the throwing bottle bit is an addition and should only be
performed by the experienced tender!
As for the Dvd's you wont find them in any high street store, you have to
remember that flair is a very specialised market and it wouldnt be worth the
big boys keeping them in stock as they wouldnt sell enough to warrant it.
On the same note, the price for these dvds are so high because of the
specialised market of the subject the run lengths are a lot shorter thus
pushing the production costs higher.
As for buying them, check out the barstore shop link through this site which
is here:

also check out the flair links index which you will find here:

If you are still stuck then check out my site, the link is at the the bottom
of this post in my signature! also check out my forum for some useful info
and topics related to flair.
Also I notice you are based in Surrey why dont you get a tube and peg it over
to The Roadhouse in convent Garden this Sunday and watch some flairing from
some of the best around. We are also having a bit of a gathering on saturday
where we can all have a bit of a flair day!
Cheers
