Many drinks have several different versions.  Also different parts of the 
country have regional preferances. Where I bartend a Red Death is a 
combination of a Kamikazi and an Alambama Slammer.  No Pineapple juice. Vodka, 
triple sec, lime juice, Southern Comfort, Amaretto and Sloe Gin.
