Sorry did mean 15mls for the lime juice for the cement mixer.. hence it is 
ratio 2:1 in the cement kicker... got to forgive me its late.. said it was the 
proper way cause i have done a fair few courses here in Australia and at every 
one they have done it that way.. reason being is i suppose if you add it into 
one glass then it starts to turn cluggy straight away.. we wanna save it for 
the mouth..lol
