Hiya Crystal...

Ummm... lol.... has been around for a long time... the proper way to do it is:

Cement Mixer

30mls Bailey's irish cream
30mls Lime juice

Pour into seperate glasses. Take shot of Bailey's. With Bailey's in your mouth
take shot of lime juice. Swirl rapidly in mouth. Swallow before it congeals
totally.

But I do agree not a very nice drink.. I haven't been in the bar for a year
now.. but when customers would ask me for it as I was grabbing the glasses I
would ask them have they had it before... when they say no I would recommend
something different or put 15mls of baileys and a a bit of lime juice in a
glass and ask which one the sucker is and give them a taste.. needless to say
they didn't buy them..lol.. There is also a cement kicker...

Cement Kicker

30mls Bailey's irish cream
15mls Lime juice
15mls 151 proof rum

Fill one shot glass with Bailey's. Fill second shot glass with Lime and 151.
To Drink: Pour Bailey's into mouth, do not swallow. Pour Lime and 151 into
mouth. Shake head back and fourth, the shot will turn solid.

Give that one a try too... as ya know ya gotta know what the drinks you serve
taste like...

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
