Hiya Wende.. well I have been out of the game for about a year now and decided
to have a look at the old site... just thought I'd give ya a recipe I use to
use.. not sure if its the one your after.. but give it a try... its a shot
that i called.....

Absinthe Makes The Tart Grow Fonder...

5ml Midori
25ml Absinthe
sugar cube

Pour midori into a suitable glass. Take an Absinth spoon and rest it on the
rim of the glass.

Place a sugar cube on the spoon and then pour the Absinth on the sugar. Then,
holding the spoon above the mix, set light to the sugar.

Let it burn for a minute or so. The sugar will bubble and begin to caramelize.
Once the flame is beginning to die down, stir the sugar into the mix.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
