Ummmm... it's definitely not Coco Lopez George - there IS a difference between 
Cream of Coconut and something labeled as already being a Pina Colada 
Concentrate, which would infer that it already has both the Pineapple and 
Coconut Flavors. 

I would think that due to the size of bottle you have, it's most likely just 
using the term "concentrate" to mean that it doesn't contain alcohol. I'd 
reccommend taking a swig of the mix and seeing just how "concentrated" it 
really is. More than likely you just need to add rum, ice and blend. 
(generally, 1 1/4 of rum, 3-4 oz of the mix and a scoop of ice).
