Have any of you out their ever incounted the following situation. wedding
party, work christmas party ect come in and there is a tab of say $500 or so
on drinks. Everything goes fine people are polite and friendly, then things go
wrong people start asking for top shelf or expensive cocktails to go on the
tab, when told politly by bartender that those must be paid for as they are
not included on the tab decide on other drinks ie those on the tab. When tab
reaches limit and finshes people ask for drinks when informed that it is over
they become rude and arrogant or try to plead with you to put it on the tab
which no longer exists. Just looking for some feedback.
