"Martini" and "rum" are not words you hear often in the same sentence. If by
martini you mean a mixed drink strained into a cocktail glass then give this a
try:
1 1/2 oz vanilla rum
dash cinnamon schnapps (something like Goldschlager)
dash amaretto
2oz pressed apple juice
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Really go easy on the cinnamon schnapps, anything more than a small dash will
overpower the drink, also much better with pressed apple juice, usually cloudy
off-whitish colour, not the brownish apple juice from concentrate. You could
also try adding a little more apple juice and serving it over ice in a collins
or highball glass with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
Happy Birthday
