The link you provided gives receipts for home made liqueur. I thought infusing
vodka was to take a good spirit and change the taste slightly by providing
flavor from a fruit or something. Not trying to create a homemade version of
the liqueur you can purchase at the store. I tried some homemade coffee
liqueur once. It was good and cheaper to produce but to me it didn’t seem
worth the time when you can purchase the real thing.

Infusing from my point of view seems to be one of those now things, like the
flavored martini craze (as a sit hear and drink one myself). I will excuse my
self if I offend anyone with that comment. I’m sure infusing has been around
for a while but it has taken a popular twist as of late, at least were I like.
I just thought it could provide a cool shot to do at home parties, both in
taste and presentation.
