It's going to be difficult to duplicate since Chili's more than likely has a
special sweet and sour mix produced to a certain extent, just for them (I've
seen this in other chain restaurants) or it's a mix that you just can't find
in the grocery or liquor store. However, typically the secret to a good,
frozen raspberry drink is the raspberry puree, which is sometimes difficult to
find. Sysco has an excellent product that's just the right mix of raspberries
and sugar (which helps the shelf life out a bit). I'd have to believe a large
number of bars would simply use a raspberry liqueur to give the drink it's
flavor, which just doesn't cut it.
