I wouldn't count on the smaller places not checking up on your resume or
timeline. I had an interview just this afternoon at an independantly owned
bistro that was forty-five minutes of three managers basically asking me for
my entire life story. It felt more like a psychological evaluation than an
interview, and if anything on my resume was even a little off, they would have
caught on. There's a lot of ways to put a good resume together that is
actually honest, as I'm sure Cheryl is helping you with.
