Did I not ask for forgiveness for the vast generalization? Did I not make it
plain that I was aware that I had made a generalization? You have
successfully proved exactly the point I was trying to reach about maturity
level. As far as the name calling in your previous response to me, you once
again prove why I don't hire under age, too young to respond in a mature way.
Ten years of experience speak to me when I do my hiring, and trust me, I have
hired under 21, which in my state is a pain in the ass because I also have to
have someone on who is over 21 and working with the underager in order to
adhere to my states laws. As a bar owner and manager, this cuts into the
bottom line therefore making it unnacceptable. I have to pay two people for a
position that is intended for one. Sorry, can't justify it.
If the laws were diffrent, then my hiring prctices would be diffrent.
I'm sorry if my post has aggrivated you, that was not my intention. Your
response was immature and aggressive however, so I can't really give you much
credit as a professional in the industry. Talk to me when you own your own
place and are doing the books and the hiring.
