Have you tried asking the bartender who makes it for you at least once a week? 
 Or even just watch the drink being made? You should get an idea of rough 
proportions from that even if not exact measurements.

I would guess something like:

1.5oz Bacardi O
0.5oz Grand Marnier
Dash of sweet and sour
Dash of mango juice
Top with orange juice
Drizzle with grenadine

Build over ice in a 16oz glass or shake and strain over fresh ice.
