Subject: Bartending in Bay Area

Hi guys, I'm new here.

You've probably had a lot of questions similar to what I'm about to ask, but I
need something specific (and current) to my area.

I've been interested in bartending for years but have now decided to do
something about it. Have no bartending experience, though I've worked as a
bussboy once and was a barista for ~four years. I'm thirty-one years old
(male) but look much younger and considered "hot" and "cool" by pretty much
all the ladies I work/interact with.

Considering my background, what is the most efficient/fast course of action I
should take to land myself a bartending gig in the SF Bay Area? What can a
start doing RIGHT NOW? Reputable schools in the area? There are TONS of bars
around here, and though I neither am in my twenties nor have a pair of boobs,
I know there must be a bar for me out there somewhere.

Thanks
