What's wrong with using freshly sqeezed lime juice and sugar for a Daiquiri?
Do you really need a premix when you can get the best out of two ingredients
every bar has in aboundance, like fresh limes and sugar?
Same for Margarita, You can't beat the flavor of a freshly squeezed lime ,
never.
I mean it's so easy to squeeze a lime (or a lemon )that I don't really
understand the reason of using s&s premix or marga premix.
Many Flair bartenders school in Italy encourage their students to use premixes
and often they are also the one who sell the products, so the result is that a
student thinks is cool to use premixes because the instructor said
it.....Believe me ,go back to the old fresh lime or lemon juice and forget
about those ugly premixes.....
