Yes, but do you charge the same for Jack Daniels as you do for a well whiskey?
Simply because frequent use makes it desireable to put some call or premium
brands of liquor in the rail (or "well", as I'm used to calling it) doesn't
make them "rail drinks". I have yet to find a bar that would run a special on
rail drinks and charge me that price for a Jack and Coke, it's physical
placement not withstanding. Your point is taken, that better liquors are
sometimes placed in the rail for quick access, but this doesn't automatically
make them rail drinks.
