Try this recipe, I think somebody on here put it out... can't remember who to
give the credit to but this is what I copied down:
Wop-a-tullie punch
cover fruit cocktail with equal amount of sugar with rum and let sit for some
time. When you make the punch you pour off the juice and add to it champagne
and garnish. Haven't tried it but I saved it in my list of "things to try". I
might have missed something but I think maybe this is a version of what you
were getting at.
