It depends on the cost of that within your area. Here Bols is cheap and about
the same price as DeKuyper or other similar distillers.

Unfortunately we wish we could. Gads that stuff is expensive! However it has
such a strong consumer foothold I don't think we could switch to some "off" or
cheaper brand.... If we offer an alternative, customers don't always know
what it is.

Reducing cost is always a struggle. That goes to training and careful
monitoring. Reducing drink mistakes, accidental broken liquor bottles when
they are dropped, over pouring, under charging, etc. is a non-stop effort.
I wish you luck. Sounds like your enthusiasm is right where it needs to be.
