Thanks everyone for the great advice!! It really helped. I just survived my
first weekend behind the bar! Friday was not too good, I stressed and messed
up alot of drinks and was close to tears about 3 times but Saturday and Sunday
were alot better! I focused on one ticket at a time and made sure that I kept
all my mixes up to par and readily available.Plus I wrote down the main drinks
I'd be making and looked at that when I started forgetting. I got seriously
overwhelmed when they made me also start taking food orders on top of making
drinks but I'm still working on it.

P.S. I work/live in Hampton Roads (chesapeake) Where do you guys work?
