Most of the knowledge you're seeking will come with time, and it appears that
you're definitely on the right track since you're out their trying to find out
as much info as possible. If you're a hard worker, and take pride in your job,
and can deal relatively well with a wide variety of people, you'll do just
fine. As for remembering all the drink recipes - keep in mind, all of the
drinks that you're learning in Bartending School won't necessarily be what
you're actually making at your job, and over 90% will be simple highball
drinks, beer and wine, and the other 9.99% will probably consist of only about
10 or so long drinks, shooters, tropicals etc.

And for a shameless plug, you can always try out my program, BarSim (tm) that
allows you to practice making drink recipes in a virtual environment.

And btw, just keep researching this site, it truly contains information for
just about anything you could ever want to know about bartending.
