Subject: New bartender in Virginia

Hi everyone! I am 21 and was hired to be a bartender about 3 weeks ago. I have
had no prior experience in bartending or anything behind the bar. I finished
my 2 week training yesterday. I am making $7/hr plus tips(which are split
between however many other bartenders are working that night with me) and
tip-outs from servers. Is that decent pay? (would that be decent pay even if I
were experienced?) Also, right now I get super nervous when I get more than 2
drinks coming in because I don't know how to make some and what
techniques, glasses, etc to use- will this become easier? How do you just know
what glasses go with what and what ingredients are mixed how? Is there a way
that I can stop stressing?
I have to also take food orders and go make salads, soups, etc - do all
bartenders do this too or are there places where bartenders just serve drinks?
Does each place have it's own way of making drinks
(measurements/ingredients,etc.)? Sorry for all the questions at once!
