When I make a manhattan many people will ask for a cherry usually sometimes an
olive.......thats with Sweet Vermouth........
The garnish for an old fashion is either a cherry or an olive.
A dirty martini is with olive juice no dry vermouth unless they ask for it.
Thats what gets called for in our bar.
On a glass of "long island ice tea" we garnish with a lemon slice on the side
of the glass. Just my input.
