riot8ap,

Sounds like your starting out making some decent money, Now the key to
becoming a successful bartender is to learn as you can about the working of
the bar and as a barback you are starting from the ground floor. But you may
want to do an online bartending course or 2 to get a quick knowledge base of
the bar, you can try the one on
bartender.com/onlinebartending.html">http://www.the-authentic-bartender.com/onlinebartending.html as a starter.

And if your time permits you may want to go to a good bartending school in
your area to get qualified in theory at least, because you will be getting the
practical by working as a barback.
bartender.com/schools.html">http://www.the-authentic-bartender.com/schools.html provides some good tips in
choosing a good school for yourself.

My website bartender.com/index.html">http://www.the-authentic-bartender.com/index.html will provide you
with some overall added tips about bartending; as well as this website
http://www.webtender.com/, and Cheryl’s site http://www.misscharming.com/ and
link bartender/become-a-bartender.html">http://www.miss-charming.com/bartender/become-a-bartender.html also.

All the best in your endeavors, and if you need any more help don’t hesitate
to email me.
