

As we all know there is more to this profession then just pouring drink. The
political side is sooo important. Customer service is a must, and something
that can not be taught. I have dealt with many owners/managers, and I think
of my relationship working with them as a game of chess. I is a necessity in
this career to play the game, and have patients doing it. I am lucky to be in
the job I am now. The owners, whom might take explaining concepts to 50+
times in different way, usually sees the point in the end and agrees with me.
And I could not ask for a better partner then the other bartender I work with.
