I'd say first, relax.
Bartending is not brain surgery, (just the opposite sometimes) and barbacking 
less so.
All you are required to do is keep your cool, move quickly, and not get in the 
way. After that, it's common sense + initiative.
Nothing much will be expected of you, you should be shown everything once at 
least, after that it's repeat, repeat, repeat.
Asking rational questions (Where is the mop kept, Where do we put the dirty 
rags) will actually make you sound more like you know what you're doing than 
not. Asking brain-dead questions (There's a spill on the floor, what should I 
do?) however is not recommended. ;-) .

It's hardly even a position that the senior manager would 'interview' for. 
Availablity is all most places need. You turn up, you run around and fetch 
stuff, collect glasses, keep the dishwasher ticking through.
