What's up Tim?
I'm new to flair too, I have extreme Bartending Working Flair Videos. The
material is a bit dated, but a lot of the standard moves you want to learn are
there, it will build you a nice foundation. They teach Garnish, Glassware
tricks too. Build a nice foundation with this Video series and then move to
the Flair Comp series (I don't have it yet) they have which has all the new
moves.
Christian Delpech has the best Flair Training Video I have to date. they are 2
videos and they are awesome. He teaches pours & Cuts in detail and most of the
material you can do with bottles that are almost full, very practical for
working Flair. Also Ken Hall has a video, which I hear is a bit dated but a
must have. I haven't got it yet but I'm going too. Comp videos are awesome for
going from basics to real advance, but I would recommend building a solid
foundation first and developing your own style Extreme Bartending videos are
good for this.
When you get advanced I would recommend Jugglers edition from Flairco.com. or
anything from Flairco especially Training Bottles, this company kicks ass. I
hope this helps.
P.S. I would recommend joining Flair Bartenders Association www.barflair.com
and try to get a Yard day in your area.
Cheers
Pedro
