with all the vodka talk I'm reading I'm getting relatively excited about
making something of greatness. I have been bartending maybe a month now, and
my "trainer" doesn't train. So I have to learn by asking others, reading, and
bugging you guys.
In your opinions, how do YOU make a great martini for the "standard"
customer? I know the recipe, but I know a real bartender when I see one, and
we have very few of them at my bar to set a good example.
thanks in advance.
