Howdy all!
I've decided to make mojitos this weekend for a party, and while searching the
net I came upon a recipe called "mojito honito"
Its basically a mojito, except you substitute the sugar for honey simple syrup
(honey & hot water). I am curious if anyone has prepared this before, if so,
how did it compare to the original mojito?
1 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
2 to 3 fresh mint leaves
1-1/2 oz. light rum
4 oz. soda water
Thanks,
Dannielle
