Subject: Simple Sugar to super-fine conversion
From: Phelps

I know, I know

Get off your butt and look at previous posts.

Now that i am cowering with my tail between my legs, what is the conversion
between simple sugar syrup and super fine sugar. Also, what ratio of sugar to
water is used when making SS I am assuming that water is brought to a boil and
a finite amount of white sugar is added, stirred and dissolved.

Pearls of wisdom?

Thanks

Phelps
