That a boy Summieone!  Some tips, I slide my body into the direction the 
bottle is coming from than quickly turn my head to the stall side to check it, 
if it slips I can regrip than make another full rotation in front of my body 
to try a second time. Moving ur body on shadow passes into the bottle allows 
you to drop the speed of the bottle, for you are actually moving into the 
throw instead of waiting for the throw, you can throw more vertical instead of 
horizontal.  The music never ends...and neither will the flair!
