this is a tricky one, as there doesn't seem to be a definitive way of making a 
Mojito. You could go for the La Bodeguita way of making it, which isn't highly 
thought of in the UK. Or as a Cuban guy once told me, "blend them up! 
zzzzzzzzzzz!" (yes, that was the sound he made!)

I personally muddle half a lime with sugar syrup and mint, add crushed ice, 
then the rum, and stir it.

Watch out for some peoples Mojito recipes, which contain Angostura bitters(?), 
they claim it is authentic Cuban to add this. I don't think it is.
