Subject: Bailey's Emulsifier
From: Elliot

I know that this is probably a very heavily guarded trade secret, but
(roughly) what comprises the emulsifying agent in Bailey's Irish Cream? I
have seen recipes calling for eggs in homemade Irish Cream, but I am looking
for an emulsifier with a much longer shelf life. Bailey's website says it
contains vegetable oil, but how would one make or purchase the emulsifier as a
whole?

Thank you,
Elliot
