

Thanks for your clear explanation there.
Point taken that even the term "flair" was not in common use a while back, and
that Flairco's promotion of the word has played some part in its dissemination.
For me, in my part of the world, the egg came before that chicken.
If I were a marketing guru trying to come up with the next "Kleenex" I would
still suggest branding as a "Flairco Bottle" ;-) Then you would truly, clearly
own the entire concept in the public mind :-) without "common use" clauses
diluting your copyright claim.
