I think you'll find that most states have a 21-to-drink, 18-to-serve law. At
least I know New Jersey does. Bartenders fall under the same rules as waiters
at a restaurant with a liquor license - they have to be 18 also.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
