I realize they are redundant, but I was going more for color(s) and gravity,
with a taste that flowed and was decent. I spent a whole 3 or 4 mins coming
up with it. As for sweetness, the other recipe made the same mistake and
worse: blue curacao is sweet, Peach schnapps is sweet and overpowering in a
shot, and Grenadine is sweet and overpowering. In comparison, my recipe was
not as sweet, the layers/gravity were correct (red, white, and blue), and it
actually works (see the flaw below):

Peach Schnapps 1.0534 Clear (flaw - what country did you have in mind?)
Blue Curacao 1.1215 Blue
Grenadine Liqueur	1.1720 Red

Sloe Gin 1.0241 Red
Triple Sec 1.0922 Clear
Blue Curacao 1.1215 Blue

You have a very valid point, but like I said above, I didn't really put any
time into it, and I just needed a few shots with the correct color scheme -
vodka as 1/3 of the shot would have ruined the scheme due to gravity, although
I probably could have floated 151. Also, I was serving an older crowd of
lightweights that didn't want to gag or breathe fire.
