if you put just the drambuie in it it will not light, the 151 makes a

          Patty,
Drambuie will burn, as will just about anything except beer and Irishcreams.
Even wine will flame if you get it warm enough before you light it.
I use Drambuie and Meyers rum in banana foster. The alcohol in the 151 proof
rum will burn off after a while but the rum flavor will stay.
I have a couple of drinks in which I light creme de menth, or creme de banana,
or blue curcao.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
