SGROPPINO IS A VERY SIMPLE DRINK TO MAKE, IT'S FRESH LEMON SHERBET AND GRAPPA.
GRAPPA CAN ALSO BE SUBSTITUTED WITH PROSECCO OR ANY OTHER SPARKLING WINE, IN
CASE YOU DON'T LIKE THE FIERY TASTE OF GRAPPA.
SGROPPINO IS USUALLY OFFERED AFTER DINNER AND IT IS A TIPICAL VENETIAN DRINK.
