Well, Got a job as a bar back by going around my area and basically asking 
ever Bar Manager in the City if they needed a bar back.  When one of them 
hires you then you just show the bartender that you are good (a Bartender 
should  never have to look for a new bottle of anything, it should always be 
ready to be replaced) Keep your eyes open to what is being put into the drinks 
watch how they make them.  When they wanna break be willing to watch the bar.
