I woudln't substitute 99 for apple pucker at a 1:1 ratio- 99 apples is much
much much higher proof than pucker and is a lot less syrupy. When I had a
friend bring a bottle of this to a cocktail party I threw awhile back, I mixed
a bunch of ghetto appletinis, which were something like half an ounce of 99
apples and an ounce and a half of vodka with a lightly sugared rim. Strong as
all hell and a bit sweet for my tastes but they went over great. I would
reccomend experimenting with creating your own recipes, or adding another
liqueur to the recipe I explained above, but you probably don't want to use
more than 3/4 oz of the stuff per drink because it's so strong.
