OK so here's the deal. I've been a bartender for six years. On both occasions
I started within and was promoted to a bartender. The problem is now I have
an interview at a REALLY good bar that people would kill to get an interview
for. So now I'm a little nervous because I don't even know what to be prepared
for. Can anyone give me some basics???? What makes a good impression other
than experience and appearance ( we ALL know that's too much of a key factor!!)
Thanks in advance for your help!

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
