I don't know why you would need one. The easiest way (ha) to make a
pousse-cafe is to dribble each layer over the back of a spoon very slowly.
Try a Red-White-Blue pousse-cafe:
over the back of a bar spoon in a shotglass or other clear, narrow glass,
sink 1/3 grenadine, then 1/3 peach schnapps, then 1/3 blue curacao.
the key is to make sure that the thing with the lowest alcohol content goes
at thebottom and the highest at the top.
