The discussion of martitis below brought this question to mind: How do you
like YOUR martits? I personally like more Vermouth than almost anyone puts in
their drinks and I like them perfect. I'm just curious about peoples
preferences and how those differ from standard mixing practices. I don't make
drinks the way I like them a lot of the time for fear they'll be sent back
because it wasn't what they expected. If I have time I ask my costomers if
they want the drink the way I like it or the way they've probably had it. Do
any of you do this too?
