This summer I'll be graduating college and I need to find a job so I can quickly pay off my loans. I have 2 years experience working in a bar/resturant as a bartender in NY, before I came out to Vegas. I know in Vegas you have to be alteast 21 years old and have a TAM card so you can be licensed to handle alchohol in Clark County. I was checking some casino employement listings and to be a bartender you need to sign an apprenticeship agreement. What does that exactly mean? Could I work at a small independent bar with just a TAM card?
