I haven't seen the film, but if I'm not mistaken. he's ordering a shot of 
Tequila
Anejo...It's an aged tequila.  Actually there are four types of tequila. 
Blanco, White. Joven Abocado, Gold. Reposado, and anejo, which must be aged in 
governmant sealed barrels for a minimun of one year.
   I prefer reposados myself, but have enjoyed my share of anejo's.
