Subject: Your a manager and ......?

Your a manager and you have looked at resumes for bartenders all day. Have
seen people that look like perspective bartenders. The canidates resume
foefill the three to four year exsperience your looking for. What does the
manager do with the resume process after that to narrow down the field other
than a second interview. Do they really try to track down the refrences from
three years ago or just go from most recient work to latest? This my question
because I feel I might clutter up my resume with to much info. Idon't know, I
have three refrences over four and half years. should I just cut it down to
two refrences? Any info from managers on the resume breakdown process would be
great to hear.
